JOY CHURCH（ジョイチャーチ）のホームページにきてくださりありがとうございます。
福岡ジョイ教会は、世界的に認められている正統性のあるプロテスタントの教会で福岡の博多、吉塚駅近く東公園の市民病院側の入口にあります。若者が中心となっている活気あふれる教会です。宗教は怖いという偏見や心配を持っている日本人にとって教会とはなかなか馴染みにくいところかも知れません。しかし、クリスマスやゴスペルソング、教会での結婚式など、キリスト教はある意味とても私たちにとって身近な存在でもあるのです。どこよりも純粋で愛があり、本来の自分らしさを取り戻せる場所だと思います。
最近、教会には多くのノンクリスチャンの方が英語や韓国語、ゴスペルなどを習いにきています。クリスチャン・ノンクリスチャンを問わず、共に心を通わせ、癒される場所となっております。教会の１階にあるカフェは、大人はもちろん、お子さんたちにも過ごしやすい楽しい場所です。誰もが教会にきて楽しみ、癒してもらえるように努めています。信仰や宗教の有無やお金の心配なく、誰もが気軽に参加できる教会を目指しています。
ジョイチャーチには4つの目標があります。
・誰にでも開かれた場所でありたい。
・一人一人を大事にする教会でありた。
・グローバル的な視野を持つ場所でありたい。
・教会の人々が自分の良さに気つき、才能を伸ばしていける場所でありたい。
・子どもを大事に、そして共とともに励む教会
強い絆で助け合う教会として互いの人間力、仕事力、グローバル力を高め、社会に貢献していけるように様々な活動を行なっています。ぜひ皆さんも時間が許される範囲で教会の礼拝や聖書学び、各種のイベントや活動などにも足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。活気溢れるパワフルなジョイチャーチは、皆さんのご参加をお待ちしています。
牧師は1991年韓国の釜山から来日し、九州大学で博士課程（大気汚染）終了後、神の召しを受け、WMU神学（M/DIV）を経て、現在JOY CHURCHの牧師として務めております。近来、科学と信仰の葛藤や緊張関係が浮き彫りになっていますが、決してそうではないと言えます。科学のない信仰は盲信であり、信仰のない科学は方向性に乏しくなりがちで、両方は補完的な関係にあると言えるのではないでしょうか。牧師は、科学と神学の勉強を通して、これらの両面から神様や信仰を理解していくことは、非常に大事なことであると考えております。
どんな方であっても、聖書や信仰をファクトに基づいて一つひとつ丁寧に教えるのが、牧師の仕事であると考えております。聖書や信仰に対する疑問や興味のある方は、いつでも気軽にお声をかけてください。カフェでコーヒーを飲みながら、一緒に心を通わすことを楽しみにしています。
JOY CHURCHは、統一教会、モルモン、エホバの証人、その他の異端とは関係のない純粋なプロテスタントの教会です。これらの教会のことで悩む方の相談も無料で行なっております。

Fukuoka Joy Church is a Protestant church with global recognition and is located at the entrance of Higashi Park near Yoshizuka Station in Hakata, Fukuoka, on the side of the city hospital. It is a lively church mainly made up of young people. For Japanese people, who have prejudices and worries that religion is scary, churches may be difficult to get used to. However, Christianity is in a sense very familiar to us, with Christmas, gospel songs, church weddings, and more. I think it is a place where you can find more purity and love than anywhere else, and regain your true self.
Recently, many non-Christians have been coming to the church to learn English, Korean, gospel, etc. It is a place where Christians and non-Christians can connect with each other and find healing. The cafe on the first floor of the church is a fun place where adults and children can easily spend time. We strive to make the church a place where everyone can come and have fun and be healed. We aim to be a church where anyone can easily participate, regardless of their faith, religion, or money.
Joy Church has four goals.
・We want to be a place that is open to everyone.
・We want to be a church that values each individual.
・We want to be a place with a global perspective.
・We want to be a place where church members can realize their own strengths and develop their talents.
・A church that values children and works hard together.
As a church that helps each other with strong ties, we carry out various activities to improve each other's human, professional, and global abilities and contribute to society. We encourage you to attend church services, Bible studies, various events, and activities as much as you can. Joy Church is full of energy and is looking forward to your participation.
The pastor came to Japan from Busan, Korea in 1991, and after completing his doctoral studies (air pollution) at Kyushu University, he was called by God, studied at WMU Theology (M/DIV), and is currently serving as the pastor of JOY CHURCH. In recent years, the conflict and tension between science and faith has been highlighted, but this is not necessarily the case. Faith without science is blind faith, and science without faith tends to lack direction, and it can be said that the two are complementary. The pastor believes that it is very important to understand God and faith from both sides through the study of science and theology.
I believe that the pastor's job is to carefully teach the Bible and faith one by one based on facts, regardless of who you are. If you have questions or are interested in the Bible or faith, please feel free to contact me at any time. I look forward to communicating with you over coffee at the cafe.
JOY CHURCH is a pure Protestant church that has no connection with the Unification Church, Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, or other heresies. We also provide free consultations for those who are worried about these churches.
